You covered dining chairs to match a two piece living room set. Following in 1985 we purchased a new house in Deer Park. When we moved in that house and we recovered two more couches plus three occasional chairs. Also my breakfast room chairs had to be recovered plus the bar stools to match the living room furniture. Then when we suffered the flood, I again called on you to recover everything I owned as you well remember quite well. It was a devastating time and we were without furniture. I am not certain you realize how much I appreciated the hard work and overtime you put in my order so to get my furniture back in our house. I am confident if I had used other companies my order would have been placed on a list and the wait would have begun. I remember how you and your staff worked so hard to assist people during that horrible time. I also want to compliment the fact that no order is too small for you. There have been times through the years that I have dropped off pillows to make, which can’t be much profit for you, however you did them promptly and beautifully I might add. I have never been reluctant to refer people to you and have received glowing compliments as a result. My daughter, Delorie as you know being a single mother with not much money to spend, feels you were always fair with her in trying to work out a budget in order to get quality work done and stay within her budget. We are most grateful for that because it is not that often in today’s work we can find a family owned business that operate like they did in America many years ago. Americans currently are forced to do business with larger concerns and that makes for less than quality craftsmanship and well as time constraints. You and your staff deserve much praise for the business you conduct.

Sara Casper - Please accept my apologies for the delay in expressing my appreciation for your guidance in repairing our new furniture. We had purchased a sofa and 2 recliners from a well known manufacturer of what we thought was fine quality furnishings.
Unfortunately, the wooden frame on the arms of the recliners became very
close to wearing through the fabric shortly after we purchased them. You
were able to correct the problem in our home, which was most appreciated.

Not long after that, we also requested the replacement of the foam in the
sofa cushions. You and your son were very helpful in the selection of the
best foam thickness and density, and we will be calling you again in the
near future to further repair the sofa by beefing up the rear cushions.
